The written estimate and contract you sign with us govern the specific work, materials, pricing, and warranty terms for your project.

3. Estimates and proposals
Written estimates we provide are valid for the period stated on the estimate, typically thirty days unless otherwise noted. Pricing is subject to change after the validity period due to material cost movement, code changes, or project condition discoveries. Final pricing is set by the signed contract, not by the website or by the estimate.
4. Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranties (Ludowici, CertainTeed, Verea, Eagle, Crown, Solatube, and others) are issued and administered by the manufacturer, not by Istueta Roofing Corp. We file the warranty registration on supported installations and provide the warranty paperwork at project close-out. The terms, exclusions, and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer.
5. Workmanship warranty
Our workmanship warranty is described in your signed contract. The warranty period, what is covered, and the claim procedure are stated on the contract document. The site may summarize warranty terms for general orientation; the signed contract is the authoritative statement.
6. License and intellectual property
Site content, including text, photographs, logos, and design, is the property of Istueta Roofing Corp or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use site content for commercial purposes without written permission. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
