I am having my new roof done with Istueta Roofing. Fernando is great, explained the whole process with us. They are very professional and work clean. When demolishing the roof they had plastic around the house to make sure trash and debris didn’t fall into our grass and surrounding. I will definitely recommend them.

Very professional team. Great work and communication of the work performed.

Nicely visit from a roofing contractor that I ever received. Very knowledge person in the subject and very communicative. Hope to keep dealing with him.Replacesing the roof was the subject of his visit.

Great experience with the team and their work. They show up on time, what impressed me is the way their truck is neatly organized showing a sign of discipline and self respect. Istueta Roofing company was excellent!!!! My roof was completed on time as promised and it looks beautiful!

Frank and team were able to deliver quick and efficiently on roof repair needs! Great job.

We've just replaced our 55-year-old roof with Istueta following a neighbor's recommendation. We are very pleased with the results. It was a pleasure to deal with Juan (sales) and Peter (project director) who always readily answered all of our questions, especially because of the damages that required extensive repairs. We liked the "white glove" approach (they take care of all the paperwork with the City, inspections, etc), and the workers' punctuality, courteousness and cleanliness, despite of the brutal heat. I would advise not to begin your project in late spring!, also because of the heavy showers that inevitably delay the completion of the work. The Jacobea blend we chose for the clay tiles looks awesome and it's only a pity that the roofs are barely visible from the street ;). Highly recommend for your roofing projects.

They were punctual and the job was done well

I had a very positive experience with Istueta roofing.

Hired Istueta to replace my tile roof and install an aluminum roof. We had a consultation to go over the different types and options they offered. Their service rep was extremely knowledgeable. The install went very smoothly. Even received a personal thank you note from the owner I found was a nice touch. Overall a very professional company and operation. Recommend them highly.

Professional and timely scheduling. This is the third time I contract their services.

The team at Istueta Roofing are go-to professionals that I happily recommend. From our initial selection of the barrel tile for the re-roof of our old Spanish house in the Gables, to the project management and installation, the entire team and crew were highly customer-focused, delivered a great experience, and a high quality installed roof.

I recently had Istueta Roofing replace my roof, and I've got to say, they were great from start to finish. The crew who did the work were super professional. They were really respectful of my property. The whole process of getting started with them was also really smooth. From the moment I reached out, Istueta Roofing was on it. They are extremely professionals from the office part, permitting and the installation team was beyond careful and great. I highly recommend istueta roofing to anybody that is looking to get their roof replaced.what was offered was delivered. This people know what they are doing.

Istueta roofing has been my go to roofer now for well over 15 years. They replaced my roof once and have done repairs on several occasions. Their trustworthy, on time, fairly priced and great communicators. Nothing but good things to say about them. Miami has way too many shady characters. This is definitely not one of those. They can be trusted.

I have worked with Istueta Roofing twice for different projects and they are consistently reliable, good communicators that do quality work. Peter Perez was a great point of contact for all steps of my project, very helpful.

I had very good experience dealing with Istueta. Their technical representative came home and checked roof outside and attic; then she gave important comments to repair or avoid problems in the future. Everything without rush or pressure. They did the job and I m very satisfied. ( workers are open to hear or respond questions). Thanks.

Great job! Great communication!

Reliable company and good customer service!

Great, attentive service. On time and on budget project. No surprises other than how incredible the staff was from the first phone call, initial site visit and onsite project work.

Amazing company with amazing workers! Thank you Adalid for the experience!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Istueta Roofing! From day one, Frank, the owner, made us feel we were in the best hands. He sat down with my wife and me, carefully walking us through each step and showing us the high-quality materials they’d be using. It was clear they truly cared us and about doing a great job! Their entire team of certified installers and project managers was amazing—so professional, quick, and detail-oriented. Our new roof is stunning, and every neighbor has stopped by to compliment the quality, speed, and how clean they left everything. We’re beyond grateful for the peace of mind they gave us and the beautiful results. If you’re considering a roofing project, I highly recommend Istueta Roofing. You’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing your home is in the best hands.

Totally professional. They did my metal roof 18 years ago and now finished with my flat roof Prices are competitive, possibly a shade more, but worth being able to sleep at night No worries.

Everything went fine and all workers were very professional, except for the Project Manager, Roberto, who had communication issues and showed no responsibility with his Job.

Istueta roofing sent sn inspector to my home to survey roof damage and normal wear and tear. They were able to provide a quick summary of the damages and the estimated cost. The entire process was very quick, the roof work was done in a short period of time and the staff was very professional. I had questions during the process and the owner address my questions quickly and satisfactorily. I would highly recommend their services and workmanship.

Great job. Very professional 💯 Satisfied👍🏻

Excellent service. They were on time (even before) and clearly explained what they were going to do each day. They worked efficiently for two days straight. Highly recommend Istueta Roofing!

We had our whole roof repaired 17 years ago. Istueta Roofing Company has come back to do some additional repairs recently. We love the professionalism of the whole group. Everyone is easy to deal with. The Istueta team gives 100% to get the job done well and on time.

Clean, fast, professional. Quality work. Easy to work with. The wood decking showing was replaced and painted. Beams were cleaned and painted. Gutter was replaced and installed better than before. 1 1/2” of foam added for insulation that’s installed so you don’t know it’s there. Flat, to the edges and flush at the transition to the roof. This was a one day job for them. Painting and gutters were done the next week. Most of the trash was gone by the first day. What was left was bagged for pickup by them neatly and picked up. Permitting was fast, passing inspection with no problems. Big company with lots of equipment and manpower.

I recently used Istueta Roofing for a major project for one of the properties that I manage and I must say, I am completely pleased with the entire experience. From the initial contact to the certificate of completion there was great communication throughout and a great deal of professionalism. My Consultant was Juan, he was very knowledgeable and transparent from the start. My Production Manager was Adalid, He and his team were always on time maintained an extremely neat and clean work site and kept clear communication during the project. I will be using them again for future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Work completed earlier than expected, supervision and inspections accomplished without any issue, professional staff, diligent and willing to have the client satisfied. We highly recommend the company for the great work performed.

I selected Istueta to redo my flat roof because they did a great job on my main roof 15 years ago. They are not the cheapest option, but they did not disappoint. They work fast, clean, and thoroughly. The staff if friendly and professional, keeping me informed at every step of the process. If you want peace of mind that the work was done right, then go with Istueta.

Very satisfied with their work and the best That it was done on time . Thanks

excellent service, 100% recommended

Very helpful and always available to clarify any question. A great job.

Isuleta Roofing is a solid company. They listen to your concerns and take care all the details. Work very efficiently

As always, excellent and professional service.

Thank you Istueta team for helping us with this Addition project, completing it fast and keeping us informed of the process. Thank you to the project manager, Tony Duen, for supervising and going above and beyond to help us match existing shingles and please the Owner. They were very satisfied as are we. Highly recommend this roofing company to any home owner and business. We look forward to continuing to use your team for our projects. Below is before and after of the addition portion.

The Istueta Team was very professional and informative through out the whole new roof installation. Once the re-roofing started they continued until completion without delay, which was very important. All of their team members were very responsive to ensure the completion of the new roof went according to plan.

Istueta Roofing is amazing. My wife and I are truly pleased with our new metal roof. We would like to thank the professional staff at Istueta for expediting the whole process.

It’s so refreshing to do business with a company that prides themselves with solid reliable work, Tony was able to accommodate us during one of the heaviest hurricane seasons, with speedy results. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Fast service & high-quality operation all around. Tony Duen & the entire Istueta Roofing team treated us like family. Highly recommended & will use this services for any future roofing needs. Best in South Florida!!!

Profesional grade job, good cleanup afterwards.

QUALITY WORK SINCE THE BEGINNING TO THE END. JUAN ALWAYS ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND RETURNED MY CALLS. PATTY AND GENESIS DILIGENTLY SENT ME ALL THE PAPER WORK BY E-MAIL. THE ONLY THING NEGATIVE IS THE WORK IS VERY PRICED. SOMETHING VERY POSITIVE IS THAT THE OWNER IS BUSINES ORIENTED AND KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. PROVIDES A MANUAL WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THE HOUSE OWNERS NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROCESS. OVERALL , NO DUDE ABOUT IT IS AN EXCELLENT JOB.

Great service and work. Scheduling was easy they came on time and followed thru until all the work was done.

We had a great experience with Istueta Roofing. Omar Santana, who inspected our roof and gave us quotes for the repair we just did and for a future roof replacement, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was always available to answer any of our questions. His service was excellent. Daniel Santana and Jorge Peña did our roof repair. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with their work.

(Translated by Google) I'm very happy with the roof work done by Istueta. They were very organized and meticulous with the exterior cleaning. I recommend them to all my friends and family, especially the project manager, Antony Duen. (Original) Estoy muy satisfecha con el trabajo del techo por Istueta. Muy organizados y cuidadosos con la limpieza exterior. Los recomiendo a todos mis amistades y familia. Sobre todo el project Manager Antony Duen.

We were very pleased with Istueta Roofing’s service from beginning to end. They were responsive every step of the way and project was completed quickly. Sales Rep/Project Manager Antony Duen made the process a great experience. He had great recommendations which we took into consideration and followed his lead. Thank you to the Itsueta team.

The team at Istueta Roofing is so helpful! From Patty Darnes’ professional and excellent attitude, to Tony Duen’s attention to detail and excellent guidance through every step of the way, the customer service is top notch! To Fabian B Alvarez He is always responsible, professional and trustworthy. He quickly responds with a positive attitude and in a professional manner whenever I have had questions. Thank you so much to everyone!!!

Very responsive and self motivated.

Excellent quality control And very responsive to any concerns or issues

After scouring the Miami market for the best roofers, I decided to hire Istueta because of their responsiveness, professionalism, and overall "vibe." Their capable team replaced a roof on a part of the house that was in terrible shape after neglect from a previous owner. Along the way we hit some bumps (termites, rot, all the fun things!) and they handled it with ease and made me feel comfortable - shoutout to Tony for dealing with my frantic texts. Another thing that impressed me with Istueta is the fact that it hardly felt like we were having work done - I've dealt with many contractors that leave their garbage and tools strewn about their work area and this was not the case. Every time they left, the area they were I was spotless. The area they worked on looks beautiful now and we plan on using them to replace the entire roof this summer when the house will be empty. Also, let me end things by saying that dealing with contractors in Miami is nearly impossible - they are rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional - Istueta is NOT part of this culture and continue to produce world-class work.

Very knowledgeable, professional and timely. Fabian was fantastic. Extremely professional. Very happy with finished roof. The workman did a great job and were very accommodating. My only concern was the lack of communication as to when work would occur and specifics shared with workman by project manager.

Great service. They were organized and punctual...best waterproofing in miami

Great experience - Genesis is one God sent angel. Thank you so much for everything Geni. You truly did took care of us.

Our experience with Istueta Roofing has been great. They came highly recommended and made sure to help us with our roof leak as soon as they could during the busy new year time frame. They placed a tarp over the area while we waited for the actual roof repair. This was much appreciated as it rained a couple of times. Both Fabian and Tony have been attentive, knowledgeable and professional. We recommend the company!

I couldn't be happier with Istueta Roofing. They recently replaced my flat roof, repaired sections of my barrel tile roof, performed a soft wash, and re-sealed all the utility verticals — essentially a full-service overhaul — and the results are outstanding. From start to finish, the crew was professional, punctual, and clearly knew their craft. The flat roof replacement was completed efficiently with zero mess left behind, and the barrel tile repairs blended seamlessly with the existing roof. The soft wash made everything look brand new, and knowing the utility verticals are properly sealed gives me real peace of mind heading into rainy season. What set Istueta apart was their attention to detail and honest communication throughout the process. No surprises, no upselling — just quality work delivered on time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can genuinely trust.

This company exudes Integrity, Pride and Quality.

(Translated by Google) A job very well done. (Original) Un trabajo muy bien hecho

Istueta Roofing provides great service and customer support. Over the years they are the only roofing company we do business with, primarily because of trust. We recommend Istueta for any roofing needs in South Florida.

Excelent service .will use them again

Professional and prompt services.

I'm happy with the service provided to fix my flat roof. The individuals who deliver the work (Daniel) onsite were capable and experienced, they listen to my requests and completed the job professionally. I'm counting on your help to apply silicone to the flat roof in a week or two. Thanks

This is our second experience with Istueta Roofing. On both occasions we received the same exceptional service from start to finish. In fact, we were so pleased that I called the office both during and after the project completion to complement the quality service provided and in particular the project supervision under Tony’s direction. JCL

used them 20 years ago to replace our roof. They were great then and we had no problems since then. About 1 month ago we discovered a possible leak. They came out promptly, confirmed the problem and repaired the roof. Always cleaned up after the day’s work and were finished in 3 days. Cannot recommend them more highly.

All members of the staff were, at all times, very professional and efficient. The whole re-roofing process went smoothly and on a timely manner and this was a comercial unit of over 5400 sf located on Miami Beach, were permitting and the City are not precisely helpful. The Istueta team made it seem all very easy. I would use them again and will recommend their services to all my acquaintances.

Istueta roofing and our PM Tony specifically where amazing. Tony always made sure that my husband and I knew exactly what was going on and when. We never had to worry about what time or day the workers would show up.. and in our busy lives that is priceless.

I have nothing but complements for this company .

I initially sought a quote from Istueta figuring it would be an honest assessment, but a high price. Turns out it was honest and an incredibly fair price. The initial advisor explained all the potential work to me and I was ready to roll right then. As soon as we paid the deposit, the project manager Tony did an amazing job of explaining the process and getting the crew out there ASAP. Tony really excelled at making sure we knew what was going on and when. Due to it being an older house, there were a few (expected) hick-ups along the way. Tony was very thorough at explaining the issues and all my options, laying out the pros and cons for any decision I would have to make. When something needed to be done outside of the scope of the roofers, Tony was able to provide contacts that allowed us to continue work without delay. He was an All-star PM. At the end of the day, you might pay slightly more with Istueta but the quality of the work, the quality of the workers, and the professionalism of the team make it worth it. They were able to quickly get permits approved and all the work done before the rains come. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and family members. They might try to bribe you with tea and cookies but the roof work speaks for itself.

I used Istueta Roofing last month to do a complete re-roof. I was so pleased with the process from beginning to end. From the designing phase, choosing colors and discussing project timeline with Antony, the project manager, to the very end upon final inspection, it completely flowed. My home was left in impeccable conditions after every working day; there was not a screw or a candy wrapper left on the floor for those 2-3 weeks of transformation. Antony was constantly updating me to inform me of the progress and expectations. I was never negatively surprised and communication was never an issue. Nothing happened without my knowledge or approval. The workers were very respectful and hardworking. I have honestly never experienced this kind of service in the construction industry. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company to all my family, friends and strangers who need to do ANYTHING on their roof. Thank you for such excellent service and for transforming the look of my house! I love coming home and appreciating the beauty you guys created. :)

Omar, Tony and the 2 men who came to do the job (silicone coating) we’re very professional and courteous. They were prompt, clean, neat and finished within a few hours. They left nothing behind and did a great job. Highly recommend them and their services.

From start to finish, Istueta roofing guided me through the process of replacing my roof. More important is the professional way they handled minor bumps that are to be expected with any construction project. I highly recommend Istueta Roofing.

This company goes so above and beyond, its the way genuine customer service and quality should be, and then some. Amazing communication and follow up, professional quote with detailed description of repairs and photos before and after. Work was completed sooner and quicker than expected. Everyone was as friendly and communicative and available as can be. Customer retention is clearly a priority for them! I swear I’m not related to anyone there, but they may very well be invited to my next Christmas dinner 😄😄

Istueta Roofing did an amazing job on my roof! The project manager Rey is amazing to work with, he was not only professional, but he always arrived on time, kept me informed on everything being done, and made sure all my questions were answered. I would recommend this team to anyone and everyone that needs a new roof !

When I purchased my home I knew I would have to completely change the roof, it was 25 years old and had never been changed. After talking with Rey, the project manager, I knew that Istueta was the company I wanted to hire for the job. Rey answered every question I had and he made sure I knew what would happen and how it would happen. Rey made the process so easy and I never had a doubt in my mind that the job would go smoothly. Everyone on the team was very professional, always showed up on time, and the team even made sure to clean up after the days work. They would even clean up my neighbors yard which I thought was great! We are so happy with the finished product it is absolutely beautiful, we have even had a few neighbors compliment our roof as they were walking by. I would definitely recommend istueta Roofing to anyone and everyone!

Excellent work! Professional, clean, and a beautiful result. Tony was our project manager and was always available to answer any questions and keep us updated on the progress. I highly recommend Istueta without hesitation!

Very happy with the work! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable.

Thank you Tony for making the process quick and very professional. Excellent JOB - 5 starts

(Translated by Google) Excellent work and very responsible staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your work and kindness. (Original) Magnifico trabajo y trabajadores muy responsables los recomendaria a cualquier personal. Gracias por su trabajo y amabilidad

I used another roofing company before. It was unreliable and expensive. Istueta and Tony were professional, reliable, timely and fair in their price. I recommend them.

I found Istueta to be communicative and professional. They fixed damage caused by a prior contractor and coated our roof to extend its life. Weather permitting, the work was done in a timely manner and looks great.

Istueta's people (including any subs they use) always do their work in a competent and gracious manner. They leave the work area (and those around it) in a clean and orderly manner. A pleasure to have them take care of our roof.

Thank you Tony Duen for being so professional and answering all my questions. You made the process easy and quick.

Istueta Roofing reroofed our home in 1998 when we first bought here. They have maintained and repaired as needed in the years since. Istueta guarantees its product and will continue until it is resolved. Roof leaks can be pesky, starting in one place and dripping completely across the house. Istueta kept at it until it was thoroughly resolved. Istueta Roofing is professional, on time, cleans up post job and the different employees I have dealt with are all pleasant and easy to deal with. I will not bother to call another company as I know firsthand the quality of their work. I recommend them hands down. You will as well. UPDATE 2024!!!! Istueta did my new roof and as always, excellent service, quality materials and never leave a mess. And this time I wanted a metal roof and they went the distance with me fighting Coral Gables City Hall. (No, we lost...) I switched from standard reddish barrel tiles to a lower profile S-tile that is in variegated tones and is a much lighter look for the house.

Extremely happy with my moms new tile roof. Tony was our project manager. Tony and his team of guys did a phenomenal job. Definitely would recommend this great company to family and friends !

Amazing company! From our initial call for an estimate, to our final email with photos of the job completion, we were amazed. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and responsive. In less than 24 hours of our initial call, we had an estimate for our roof repair. A beautiful package was sent to our home along with a gift of teas and a thermos. The following week our roof was assessed and the first portion of repair was completed. The communication from everyone involved was superb. We were even contacted when a worker was on their way to our home and if they come sooner to finish the roof upon another client’s cancellation. This is the third job done by this company for our family and the first at our home. We cannot recommend Istuate Roofing enough. Thank you so much to everyone involved - Patty, Fabian, Tony and crew!

We replaced our old asphalt roof with a standing seam metal roof and the team was amazing from start to finish. Juan was our salesperson and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Tony was the supervisor for our job and he kept us informed and kept the crew moving. Great job!

The roofing work was completed in a timely fashion. Shout out to Tony for his responsiveness and assistance

I have been very satisfied with this company in the roof replacement project that just finished. They kept their promises as far as when they were going to start the project, how long it was going to take. I also liked that their proposal and later the contract was very specific, everything in writing, with pictures of my house from above. They showed me samples of the materials that were going to be used as well as for me to make the choices of the tiles. During the time the project was going on , the project manager , Tony Duen , will come every day and sometimes more than once, he was always available on the phone, and took care of anything I would ask or bring to his attention in a very efficient and professional manner. I will definitely recommend this company .

Our experience with Istueta Roofing was exceptional. Everyone showed high level of professionalism in their work, and incredibly exquisite manners in our personal/phone encounters, from Rey, Patty and Fabian. We really want to congratulate your company, is a real team effort!

After having a great experience with Istueta Roofing Contractor 3 years ago replacing all my barrel tile roof, now I had his experience workers replacing tiles and I have a contract for a soft wash of my roof. Mr. Anthony Rivas has been very helpful . I strongly recommend Istueta Roofing.

I discovered a roof leak in June during the few days where it seemed it would never stop raining. I had previously used Istueta roofing a few years ago and noted they were responsive and prompt. On this occasion, they did not fail me. Within a couple of days, they were able to evaluate the area and shortly after the rains subsided, the repairs began. Courteous, responsive personnel were able to contact me on various occasions and answer my questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend Istueta roofing for the professional work in an expedient manner.

I'm so happy with the work that Istueta Roofing did on the roof of my house. From the first interview that I had with Rey, the Project Manager, he answered all my questions and doubts because he explained all the project steps to me. That made me feel confident that my roof would be installed properly and with quality. The craftsmanship team was very responsible, they arrived on time, and every day they cleaned my property and even my neighbors' area. They were very respectful and worked very well. For the great experience I had, I will recommend Istueta Roofing to my family and friends. -Barbara

Very professional and good quality. The project manager, Juan is extremely diligent and attentive. Highly recommend.

Profesional efficient on time and clean. Every representative of this company was correct and courteous. Will use their services again and recommend to others.

Professional and trustworthy. Exceptional work!

Istueta Roofing is a true professional in the business. From the president, Mr.Frank Istueta, his assistant Ms.Patty Barnes, his sales specialist Mr. Fabian Alvarez, his Project Manager Mr. Juan Rincon to the crew lead by Daniel, all we received was an amazing attention to detail and friendly relationship. We researched exhaustively the companies in the area and chose Istueta with no regrets whatsoever. Job well done and very reasonable quotation.

Thank you Fabian for your amazing help and response!!!!!!!! I can't be happier!!!!

Istueta Roofing replaced our barrel tile roof and used a polyglass modified bitumen roofing system for our flat roof area. Their bid was a little higher than the other bids, but their reputation is sterling. (I wasn't happy with the additional cost for the additional plywood that was needed and discovered after the old roof was removed, but they did warn us. They provided a very detailed contract with which we were satisfied.) We wanted a roof with professional workmanship that would withstand our Florida hurricanes. Their work and professionalism were worth the extra money. Rey Rebollo, our project manager, was outstanding. He was very professional and gave a personal touch by always being available with a smile and by going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. His word is his bond. If Rey said it would be done, you could count on it. We signed the contract on 6/8/20; the work began on 6/29/20 and the final inspection was done on 8/4/20. We are extremely pleased with a job well done! I would highly recommend Istueta Roofing & Rey Rebollo.

we had a great experience in all regards. quite frankly their estimate was the highest we received BUT we took a chance since based on our conversations with the sales person it appeared that the work would be performed to a higher standard. That proved to be true. The roof is outstanding (according to the county inspector) who also told me that in 25 years he has never heard of a single complaint about Istueta. The project manager was in constant text and phone contact with us throughout. They adapted and and took care of some "surprises" uncovered during the job once the old roof was removed and did so at no additional cost. Last, although they would not "commit" to finishing by Thanksgiving they did so nonetheless Istueta is the best and we recommended them to a friend who manages a six story condominium on MIami Beach. She immediately hired them and called to thank us after spending an hour with the sales person. The Ortner family

(Translated by Google) I want to highlight Omar Santana along with Juan D. Rincon and the entire Istueta Roofing team who did an impeccable job, meeting the planned timeframe. (Original) Quiero destacar a Omar Santana junto a Juan D. Rincon y todo el equipo de Istueta Roofing que hicieron un trabajo impecable, cumpliendo con el tiempo planificado

Omar Santana from Istueta roofing was very professional through this enitre process. He was extremely courtesy and knowledgable on all my roofing concerns. I would definetly recommend Instueta roofing to anyone looking for their services.

Our experience with Istueta Roofing has been excellent since the first day that they were in to give us an estimate and also how exceptional their people are. At the beginning we contacted Fabian and the experience was with all the stars in the sky, he is extremely responsable and knowledgeable. Rey is the project manager and he is really responsable too and he keeps in constant contact with the roof workers making sure that the project is on time and everything is going as expected. Manuel Pelaez

I can't say enough good things about Istueta Roofing! The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly accessible to me every time I had a question about anything pertaining to my job. Frank, Rey and Fabian were a pleasure to work with and I will most certainly recommend Istueta Roofing to my friends and family.

Very professionals from the salesman to the crew, excellent work and all explained with details and documented.

Just a little note to let you know that we are both so very happy and pleased with your services. We have a wonderful hands on 24/7 project manager who answers his phone at 6am. We are very impressed with his crew and coming home with a clean driveway and entrance - as if no work was in process. Both of us truly believe we made the right choice with your company. Regards, Rey & Lourdes Acosta

Great service and resonable prices.

This company is fan-friggin-tastic and I wouldn’t waste my time with any other roofing company in Miami. They came to inspect, suggest and give me a quote, just like three other roofing companies, before Istueta. Every other company told me to just replace the roof and it wasn’t worth the repairs. They all claimed they could never find the old roof tile and it was better to do all new tile.$$$$$$$$ Well, Istueta gave me a very, reasonable quote and even located and matched my existing tile, with a limited supply, they came across (even though it WAS discontinued). I agreed to the work, they started the very next week and completed the work, well within the originally promised time-frame! Wow, I never have been treated this well by any Miami-based companies. Frank Istueta (the company owner), personally, came to visit my home and called me several times, making sure I was satisfied with his company’s job-quality and satisfaction of the roof. Great company, great owner, great employees!!!! They have a client for life..👍

Great company! Always there for us whenever we needed them over the years.

Excellent and expensive company.

Istueta Roofing is such a great business! They fixed my in laws roof and did a great job! I recommend them to everyone I know.

Istueta is a first-rate roofer - courteous, professional, excellent work and clean-up. A pleasure to deal with.

These guys are the real deal. Professional, honest, fast, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They try their best to accommodate. I got many quotes from other companies and this was the best value. I love my new metal roof. No regrets. Thanks Joe and Chris.

My experience couldn't have been better. All of Istueta's employees are true gentlemen, from the person in charge to the workers. The schedule was kept as promised, the surroundings were all left clean every day , and the roof turned out perfect. I highly recommend Istueta for your roofing needs.

The best roofing contractor. Istueta did a wonderful job with our new shingle roof. They were prompt and very professional. I would definitely recommend this contractor
