Manufacturer certifications grant access to extended warranties, factory training, quality audits, and the right to write coverage that non-certified contractors cannot. The credential is the visible proof that the contractor has completed manufacturer training and meets ongoing quality standards. The practice is the daily standard of work.

What Credentials We Carry

For asphalt shingles: CertainTeed ShingleMaster PRO Roofer. Istueta exclusively installs CertainTeed asphalt shingle systems. The credential allows us to write CertainTeed's extended warranty with workmanship coverage on qualifying installations.

For metal roofing: MRA (Metal Roofing Alliance) Q1 Award 2023, plus authorized installer status with PAC-CLAD, Englert, and Berridge Manufacturing. For aluminum roofing and copper roofing, these certifications enable extended warranty coverage on standing-seam and architectural-sheet systems.

For tile roofing: Crown Roof Tiles and Verea Clay Tile certified applicator, Ludowici Elite Crown installer (clay tile). Each manufacturer's certification program requires installation training, fastener-pattern audits, and annual recertification.

For skylights and tubular daylighting: factory-trained installation of Solatube tubular daylighting fixtures and traditional skylight systems, with full manufacturer warranty coverage.
