30 Years as Your Preferred Miami Roofer and Still Going Strong

It seems crazy to me that thirty years have already passed! And yet, Istueta roofing has grown up with us since my family and I set out to build this business from the ground up, in 1985.

A couple things are required to build a successful business. Integrity and open-communication are especially important in the contracting industry. I hear horror stories all the time about contractors who leave work unfinished or never show up to work once they’ve been hired. There are countless Miami roofing companies that have come and gone during our thirty years in business.

Istueta Roofing, from the very beginning, has set out to be different. We always show up and we communicate with everyone involved throughout the entire project process. We believe this is the way that an honest business should function and that’s why we’re the preferred Miami roofer.

All in the Family

We are so thankful to still be working together and continue to be a happy family after all these years. Our family has definitely grown over the past 30 years!

As a side note, we just celebrated Mother’s Day, so I feel I should mention the women who have kept this place running so smoothly throughout the years!

From the beginning, Istueta roofing has been a family business. My wife, Leticia, used to be incredibly involved in running our office; and these days, Patti is our office “mom,” from travel agent, to barista, you name it, she does it! She is the first person every Istueta customer meets. This place wouldn’t be the same without these two!

The truth is, everyone on our team/family contributes in a unique and valuable way! I am grateful for each and every one of them!

I attribute a large part of our success and longevity to the relationships we’ve developed with our customers throughout the years.

I honestly believe people should be able to trust the men and women who are building or repairing the roofs over their heads.
