Roofing Miami: It’s What We Do
Jul 20, 2015I might be biased, but I’m pretty sure the definition of paradise is Miami, Florida. I mean, warm weather, beaches, culture, all located between the Florida Everglades and the Atlantic Ocean… What more could I ask for?
The Magic City
Yes, technically, Miami is known as the “Magic City,” but I know Miami as the city of fantastic food and awesome architecture. The music and art scene are pretty incredible as well!
Miami is a melting pot of so many different cultures… each with their own food and sense of style. I love finding those hole in the wall restaurants. They seem to make the best gourmet dishes. Plus, it’s usually inexpensive.
Sure, Miami is a destination for the rich and famous, but we don’t all live like millionaires. Maybe the diversity of Miami is what continues to surprise me the most.
You can see it in the home and neighborhoods. The architecture is really special. I’m not just saying this because I’m a roofer in Miami either! From pastel art decos to crisp white Mediterranean Revivals to bold Miami Moderns, there is no place like this on earth!
The great thing is, no two homes are ever alike. I love the variety and personality here in Miami. This city always seems to be growing and changing in great ways! In fact, I recently discovered a certain farmers’ market!
Enjoy Yourself!
Pinecrest Gardens Farmers Market is a local treasure and it’s also one of my favorite things to do on a Sunday morning. Every time I go, I find delicious food, like Joy’s Gourmet, Joy of Garlic; an artisan favorite for sauces, pastas, and spreads. Plus, the freshest produce around. I highly recommend it! I can’t think of a better way to support the local Miami economy and community.
I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed so be sure to check it out. They are open on Sundays from 9am to 2 pm in the Pinecrest Gardens parking lot. Maybe I’ll see you there!
