Last week, I told you about Tile Roof Maintenance and why it’s important. This week, I’m going to tell you about another one of our specialities: Metal Roof Maintenance. And trust me, as a professional roofer in Miami, Florida for over 25 years, we know our stuff!

What maintenance does a metal roof need?

Inspection

It is important to have your metal roof inspected regularly. We can check for any damaged or missing sealant and look for other damage such as holes, open seams, or any paint that needs touching up.

Cleaning

Keeping your metal roof clean will keep it looking its best and reveal any problems that may be occurring due to debris build up.

Repair and Replace

If there are any holes or open seams, they need to be repaired right away. Touching up paint is important to prevent rust that can form if the metal is exposed.
