You have experienced the commitment of our team to doing things the right way. We returned to your home to replace the damaged wood and to make sure the leaks were not related to our installation. All damaged wood has been replaced and the beamed ceiling in the terrace has been painted. All of this was done at no charge to you.
Again, we found that the issue of the rotten wood is simply a maintenance issue. Again, lack of maintenance is the cause of the rotten wood. Our installation was done correctly and was not the cause of the rotten wood. Hopefully you are able to appreciate a company that responds the way we did.
